We managed to walk to Kaupanger central and waited for bus while feeding ourselves with food we got at the glossary store in front of the bus stop. Then somehow reached Sogndal which is a bigger town than expected. Sogndal vandrerhjem (youth hostel) is very much simple accommodation and perhaps it was previously school. The dinning room seems sort of school cooking room before turning to youth hostel. But it was a unique experience and we actually enjoyed staying there.

Then somehow reached Sogndal which is a bigger town than expected. Sogndal vandrerhjem (youth hostel) is very much simple accommodation and perhaps it was previously school.
